The AccuStudio libraries are supplied "as-is". If you have any problems with their use, please report the issue to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

We recommend installing the libraries in a folder called "accustudio" in the root directory of one of the partitions of your hard disk. This way it will be much easier to type the location when you need to update the files. By default, the files install into c:/accustudio and its sub-folders.

If you modify a material/plant or light from the accustudio libraries, we recommend that you create a new definition in one of your own libraries. This is because when you upgrade to a new version of the library, any changes you have made to it will be lost. If you like a material, plant or light, but alter it in some way, please consider submitting it to accustudio for inclusion in the library.

You will notice that the material library is supplied with many of the catagories unfilled. This is so that we can keep the planned structure of the library as it grows. If you want to get rid of all of the empty folders, you can use the "pack" option which you will find under "library" in the materials dialog.
